I came to my work as a therapist from a creative arts background, a stint in the adventure travel industry, 500-hours of yoga teacher training, and schooling in holistic health and wellness coaching. I have studied multiple healing modalities and therapy treatment approaches, and bring this experience and knowledge to my sessions, which are integrative in nature.

As a therapist, I draw on warmth, validation, compassion, empathy, and humor. I nurture my clients’ strengths and support their inherent knowing and resilience.

I”ll show up not only with my own personal knowledge of how it is to be a millennial woman today (and how it is to be a therapy client myself!), but with specific training and experience in supporting women holistically: body, mind, and spirit.

I hold a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies, and a BA from the University of California, San Diego.
